Grace is a distinguished lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial legal practice. She has dedicated her career to navigating the complexities of financial regulatory systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. In addition to her legal prowess, Grace is a passionate advocate for feminist macroeconomic analysis, in the thematic areas of care, business and human rights, sovereign debt and tax justice.

She has conducted extensive research individually and collaboratively aimed at integrating gender perspectives into economic policies. Her research emphasizes the importance of addressing gender disparities and promoting inclusive economic growth in the global south, particularly in Africa. Additionally, she holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Law and Regulation from Strathmore University, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
