Lynsey Robinson is a PhD candidate in the Department of Education, Practice and Society at UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, researching the history of private sector engagements in the Nigerian primary education system, focusing on gender. She holds an MSc in Research for International Development from SOAS and an MA in Education, Gender and International Development from UCL. Lynsey has worked as a Programme Administrator for the Lancet Commission for Gender and Global Health (LCGGH) since 2022. She has been a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at UCL and Birkbeck, University of London. Her research consultancy experience includes work with Action Aid International and Plan International, and she previously coordinated the Equalities in Public Private Partnerships (EQUIPPPS) network.
