On this criteria, we follow the policy of PATH, which is the managing institution of the RHSC Secretariat; Yes, flexible working is available to all staff globally, regardless of whether or not an employee is a parent. However, we point out this flexible benefit to new parents, and to parents in general, because we know that they may have an increased need for flexibility at times. Separate from PATH, RHSC also had in place a flexible working environment for all staff before COVID-19 took place.
