On this criteria, we follow the policy of PATH which is the managing institution of the RHSC Secretariat; PATH is committed to global pay equity practices that analyze, identify, and address any disparities including any pay gap between men and women. Accurate results of a pay equity analysis rely on job structures that compare like jobs. We’re investing in our internal job structure and data quality which will lay the foundation for a fair pay equity study to be conducted globally. We are also implementing a new compensation tool with pay equity reporting capabilities that include regression analyses. While at this time we don’t have intention to publish the results, we are partnering with PATH’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Group and People & Culture team to identify action steps that ensure a fair and equal workplace for all.
