Paul Sansome has spent his career in financial markets spanning the spectrum from equities thorough credit to derivatives.  Most latterly he spent 20 years heading research and business development as a partner in a multi-billion dollar investment boutique, Ferox Capital, and now runs his own consulting business.  Previously he worked in bulge-bracket investment banks like JPMorgan, UBS and Merrill Lynch principally advising companies on raising capital in global markets. He has as a strong interest in socially responsible investing and led Ferox’s ESG efforts as Chair of the ESG Committee.  He was instrumental in the company becoming a signatory to the UN PRI and wrote the ESG procedures for the investment managers and analysts.

He is married to a Consultant Paediatrician, so has some understanding of the workings of the UK health sectored the importance of equality of health outcomes. Paul hold an MA from Cambridge University in Classics.
